she wishes she could play the bass
i thought i might actually post on livejournal for a change. unfortunately, now i don't have much to update, since my blog posts are all cross-posted here.

so how 'bout i tell you some things that i haven't talked about on my blog. hmm. well, my best non-school friend curls is moving to syracuse. she got a job there last month and she finally got an apartment today. i'm pretty freakin' sad. we met at camp pinewood, she was liz's and my counselor when i was an l.i.t. and since this was when she first got out of college at the u of r, she didn't really know anyone in rochester. my mom is known for giving out meals and a couch to anyone that asks. 3 years later and she still comes over all the time. but now it's usually me and her that hang out (and my mom when it's garage-sale season...), we are famous for our "spontaneous movie outings," in which we decide that we're bored and need to see a movie, and that movie always seems to be the only one starting in less than 10 minutes (so we drive real fast). and curls painted our bathroom. and curls gives the best birthday presents. and curls listens to the best music. and curls has a car.

writing that has just made me sadder. i'm glad syracuse is only an hour away.
